I say this every year but why fans care about the actual awards i'll never know. Same thing with these "XXL lists" or w/e. They know what they doing. And its to sell ads, plus the higher ups (Universal etc) & label influenced.

But i always check for certain awards because of the live performances. Thats what im into.

I always thought the MTV Music Awards were. The only way you can watch BET Awards is with Social Media Commentary...people only tune in for the fukkery. For every 1 tribute/perfomance they get right, there's 10 hella wrong.

Remember the BET tribute to MJ? And when they did it the following year CTHU

Remember how they only had a couple days notice? Seriously the BET Awards have actually been on point the last few years, and it seems people are just going off on the past criticism.

You may be right. since I haven't watched any of it in a good 5 years, but they let Jay put the C&D on Chris Brown MJ's tribute. He was ready to go. Then they let him do it a year later.
