If we're being that cavalier about who calls themselves the greatest then it shouldn't matter who says it. If this is about an artist not writing their rhymes and claiming they are GOAT, then Kanye is more guilty than Drake for the following reasons:
1) At Kanye's peak, he was possibly bigger than Drake and had more credibility. He's the only rapper Jay has done a joint album with and insult to injury is that the suo was called Watch The Throne. Ye had people out here saying he outshined Jay.
2) Kanye didn't just stop at GOAT rapper, he said GOAT artist and musician as well. Different than Drake's situation, Kanye has actually landed on lists placing him in top tier positions. Ye actually has mainstream media and his stans putting his albums above Thriller and What's Going On.
Oh, I thought he was saying Pusha was a snitch by the actual definition of the word. Still, thats a heavy word to throw around in public using it in a figurative sense.

Kanye was never bigger than Drake at his peak. Sadly, the fact Drake is light skin black opens him up to a whole nother audience. Oh yea, he is jewish too. Plus, was kanye ever so big he could sell a blank disc? Remember they compared Drakes buzz to 50 Cent. Drake's popularity got Degrassi picked up for syndication in a bunch of new places.

It was always on some Dr. Dre shyt. The difference is with Drake, people were fooled into thinking he was great. Up until a little after Take Care Drake's reputation was spotless. Then the tide slowly changed and with Meek Mill the can of worms opened right up.
