These are the kind of people teaching our kids.
I'm home schooling my kids, the fukk I want some racist white supremacist like this indocrinating black children with their insidious agendas and lowering their self-esteem in the process?

And this is why we need more black teachers and black educators.

pa is full of racist like this.

this isn't surprising.

and most black schools have white staff cause there not run by black people

unless its parts of the south

Breh, you got that right. I'm from PA (western PA, Pittsburgh area) they are literally everywhere in the state, it doesn't help that it's a commonwealth with that old chool colonial ass mentality, that's why I left as soon as I graduated college.

Yes they are.

Upper Darby has a lot of black people now.

drexel Hill has a weird setup. Most of the kids are in upper Darby school district but some are in Haverford school district. It depends in what part of Drexel Hill you live in. And the Haverford SD is clearly superior to Upper Darby's

Honestly this is what I would end up doing if I had children.

That is honestly the norm in most of the schools ive worked at down here..

my current school, all of the administration is black. the 3 white folk we have, 1 is a cafeteria worker, 1 comes in 2 days out of the week because she's a speech teacher, and the other is a special ed teacher.

my previous one I dont think we had any white people.

The real trip about this is:

I would be willing to bet if this was a Black woman teacher in the same scenario,
she woulda said almost the same chit...

I was one of the first black people to move into Drexel Hill area in 2008
By the time I left that area in 2015 it was way blacker. Wouldn't be surprised if that school was like 25% black now.
These working class whites are struggling with the new dynamic of blacks being pushed into their suburbs due to gentrification
