What percentage of people in the military actually need to be physically fit though? That shyt is more of an image thing than anything. Most people doing regular jobs. Wars are fought with technology more than ever these days. And not like we still don’t have troops on the ground and need people who are physically fit, but we have plenty of them.

Army is probably working on some light vr/ar glasses that soldiers will be able to wear when going to a combat zone, so they can attract young people towards joining the military.

The user interface will probably have some high score and Leaderboard so you can compete with your squad on who gets the most kills.

That was before the report came back and now they see the results. There’s no bullshyt to it. They said injuries are up. They aren’t able to sustain the physical stresses. More ACL injuries, more sprains, broken bones etc. The training hasn’t really changed. It’s gotten less demanding actually and even then, they aren’t as capable.

The funny part is this generation will go online and complain and try to cancel the military, further proving their point of being soft.
