People who say “UMMM” while they speak unappreciation

Im sitting here in this meeting and all three of these cacettes keep saying “UMMM” mid sentence. This gotta be the most annoying shyt ever. Especially when they speak with their nasal / valley girl voices.



Just SPEAK or take a slight pause

I took a diction course where every girl in it was guilty of saying umm or like. They can’t process in their heads that time runs slower than they think. If you replace that umm with absolutely nothing, nobody will be able to tell you’re lost in thought.

That shyt is annoying. I think it's because they don't want to appear slow or not say anything so they fill the time with a sound.

They don't realize they can take a second and just complete the thought in their head before saying it.
