If we take this "it's on other platforms" talk seriously, there's ZERO conversation to have about Xbox considering all their damn games are on PC now.

They are not on PlayStation.

Some of those games you listed like abzu will come to Xbox at a later date.

Well there is an important distinction between a full budget game and a lower budget title.

As fun as ratchet and clank is, it will never be a replacement for something like uncharted.

Only recently did people start pretending that indies/low budget games are equatable to AAA games. Hell last gen they were sold in different stores on the different platforms digital marketplace.

I already beat ROTR already since that dropped on Steam in January. Halo 5 was the only game that came out on XB1 I wanted to play but I don't really care for it too much now that the MP dropped on PC and a custom games browser is coming.

I have Forza Horizon 3, Gears too next week. I do not need an XB1 to play them.

I have no idea why you're asking me if I'm serious about TLG. ICO and SOTC were classics. TLG looks stunning. You're projecting your own taste onto everyone.


You sound like you just play very few types of games a year and you're making it seem like everyone is you. You can't speak for everyone breh . Majority of "Sony" gamers are playing ALL games. Nobody buys a PS4 and then doesn't buy third party games. PS4 is literally the place to play third party games for most gamers.

The only narrative is the one you believe. there's no objective "superior game" narrative. If we're going by scores then yeah you can try and argue there but that's not the point. I prefer PS4 wholeheartedly over xbox. I don't really care for FH like that. I just copped FH3 since it was on PC and I wanted to see what it's like. I didn't play it that much as it has some issues but it's alright. I wouldn't buy an Xbox 1 for it. I personally prefer Sony exclusives over Xbox as they're more varied.

Microsoft literally is Gears/Halo/Forza. Now those games are now on PC so it's not even required to buy an Xbox.

Sony exclusive games are objectively more varied:

Uncharted, Infamous, Ratchet and Clank, TLOU, Horizon, TLG, Persona, Nioh, Gravity Rush, God of War, Spider Man PS4, MLB, Detroit Become Humans, Dragons Quest, Death Stranding, Days Gone,Driveclub, Crash, etc. They have a much wider variety of IPs. Whether you like them or not is a different story.

And my opinion on TLG is a very popular one. Very few people are all in on that game when compared to other AAA exclusives from this year like Forza, UC4, and Gears.

That's not what you said. You implied that anyone looking forward to it is probably only looking forward to it because of it being an exclusive as if it's not likely going to be good. The past two games from that dev were classics. It's a niche game, OF COURSE it's not as popular as UC4 or Gears.

Yeah if 4K bluray is important to you then it's a better value. Outside of that?? everything else is up to the user. The typical dude who just plays COD/2K or GTA probably don't even care about 4K bluray, let alone even have a 4K TV. I personally don't give two shyts about bluray period. I literally own one bluray movie. Most people stream movies(U can look this up). The 4K bluray thing is merely a talking point Microsoft has been trumping lately because of PS4's omissions of it. In reality the majority(majority) of gamers don't care. It's just a vocal minority on forums that's making it seem like such a big deal. The gaming populace even on the biggest gaming forums online are a mere fraction of the gaming community.



The XB1 is still trailing behind worldwide and the only reason it's been selling the past two months in the US is because of good deals. After this month I'm sure it'll go back to PS4 leading in the US.

All hype I actually enjoyed my Xbox One more than PS4 this generation besides the exclusives which are better to me this gen, it was the features that got me.

Ps4 totally failed compared to PS3. Uncharted was average and graphically overrated same as Quatum Break on Xbox using that graphic enginexpensive.

Bloodbourne not interested but the other games has been lacking and how long will they mention this exclusive bullshyt with no games. Living the hype of PS3.

Uncharted is out, Bloodborne is out, ratchet is out, Street Fighter is out, Infamous is out, TLOU is out, Persona is out (JPN) and TLG is out in a couple of months. Games have been getting delayed all over this gen from everyone(Gears was delayed, Recore was delayed,) and really there's nothing else on that side to even talk about. Seems like your problem is longer development time which has been industry wide. I'd rather a delayed game than a rushed game just to meet "holiday" demand. people game all year round.
