Like niccas about to engage in crime are gonna be like ":childplease: yo brah...leave the ski mask in the house, you know it's illegal"

You dummy pearl clutching b'sh ass niccas going for this aren't using common sense and just bow to crap like respectability politics and like to get bent over. This is new wave stop and search sh't because the only people this will be enforced on are people not doing anything but walking down the street.
Living in Georgia there is no pearl clutching. People just going to be clutching on they pistol looking for any excuse to shoot someone wearing them mask for no reason.

Y’all cool with the government telling you what’s appropriate head gear? How is this constitutional? If businesses don’t want to accept people wearing one in their establishments, that’s fine. But, a citywide ban of its use in the public is something of an overreach.

dudes happy to wear a mask that covers their entire head, but wearing a face mask to protect their lungs was too much.

100%.

a better question would have been do you think this would have happened if the twin towers never fell.
That question would make an interesting debate. Once the Patriot Act was passed, the door was opened. IMO I think it accelerated it although the technology wasn't what it is now.....or we know.
