You already know. Gotta put that grind in, and in the end it will pay off. When it comes to chicks around the time I turned 30 actually its like the game got switched on easy mode outta nowhere. If you can make it to 30 without any kids, not in the system and get your money right or on the way to being there, then its amazing what opens to you. Everything from 18-40 is fair game for me now, and a lot of these broads are soft targets now.
