Here's the rundown:
The McBob & Granger signings mean the team is operating like a team that's over the cap. That means they're going to use all their cap to re-sign the Big 3, UD, and possibly Chalmers,Ray Allen, and maybe Bird. The full MLE goes to McBob & the bi-annual exception to Granger. Every other signing would be at the vet minimum.

The only other possible move is a sign & trade involving the teams $2 mil trade exception and Norris Cole.
