Do y'all guys really think Wade is gonna have a resurgence?

He's gonna have to do so much more while being the best offensive perimeter player and being guarded by the best perimeter defender.

He's gonna have to stay healthy, lose weight, and improve on pretty much every aspect of his game while not burning himself out. The East is overall weaker but it does tend to have the grittier, more physical defensive teams of the two conferences.

We need another scorer to take off the pressure of Wade and allow him to rest. As much as I hate it, we're gonna Have to sign Beasley or something. We're gonna need some kind of offensive production when Bosh and Wade sit.

Napier/Cole
Wade/Granger
Deng/Ennis/Beasley
Bosh/McRoberts
Oden/Haslem

:yeshrug:

Overwhelm teams with fukkery from Wade and McRoberts? Have bosh photobomb other team' s huddles? Beasley spiking Gatorade with THC extract?

The defense and lack of playmakers on that team though:skip:

:why:

Kirk Heinrich or Marshon Brooks? I think Captain Kirk might do okay if we limit his minutes a bit and try keep him healthy.

Well this will most definitely make Wade get into peak shape & get back to being the man. Also will make him work on his game & tighten it up way more. Because Bron isnt here anymore to do most of the heavy lifting. He wont be able to hide because of Brons plays. Maybe some with Bosh. But Wade is pretty much going to have to go back to having that "im the man" mentality. I dont know if he has a resurgence, i do however think we see a different Wade.

Tim Grover you better not let us down again, bruh.

It depends what you mean by a resurgence. He'll never be back to 2008 Wade but he can be better than the last couple of years if he gets serious about slimming down which will put less wear and take less of a toll on his knees and if he finally works on expanding his range. That's asking a lot though considering he hasn't done it before, but now he has to. Doesn't the saying go "adapt or die"?

Al Farouq Aminu might not be a bad back up if we can't get Deng. Great defender, hustle guy, and his offensive ineptitude wouldn't hurt us if we put him on the bench, maybe behind Beasley or Ennis.

We can even put him at the 2 to harass guys while Wade takes a break. Go for overwhelming offense from our starters (Napier, Wade, Beasley, McRoberts, Bosh) and harassing defense from our bench (Cole, Granger, Ennis, Aminu, Oden)?

Something like an older version of the Trailblazers?
