we prolly wont find an affordable point guard that much better than chalmers.
we should try to just put the ball in wade and boshes hands more often.
they use to take around 10 to 15 shots per game. up that to around 18 and they will make up for any lost offense. that plus deng and we won't really need another small ball player.
we should focus on upgrading underneath the basket.

Im just throwing a name out bruh. Because i think he might be a option, if he is amnestied.
actually Boozer would be a good option off the bench.
people hated on him because of his contract mostly.
and due to his contract the bull had to give him minutes because nobody wants that much money riding the bench.
if he sign for a minimum he'd be a great role player for any team.
but considering how deep we are at the forward position.
(Bosh,Deng, McRoberts,Haslem, Granger, Birdman, Beasley)
we could probably get his production out of somebody else

Bosh only needs to play to his salary. No more excuses.
I don't care who lines up next to Bron at the Cavs but none of them will be better than Wade and Bosh and battle tested veterans. We just need a decent Center and we are in business. Oden could even surprise us. Beasley needs to be given the opportunities and Spo needs to do his job well.

he did lead the team in 3point % tho.

with wade, bosh, and deng needing the ball as much as they do. Chalmers would still be a good fit.
a shooter who can play some D at pg.

How do you guys feel about Jordan Crawford as an option for the backup 2? He's a gunner and doesn't really play defense but he can score so that would add a punch to the second unit or even the starting lineup when Wade is out

Agreed. But he has to make it through waivers.

Boozer, Marshon Brooks, Rodney Stuckey, are three players that i like for us.

Chalmers/Cole/Shabazz
Wade/Beasley
Deng/Granger
McRoberts/Haslem
Bosh/Birdman

If we can find a way to Bosh back to Power Forward
and put a defensive center who can rebound in that spot
we would have a pretty solid rotation. As of right now we have
a good mixture of capable scoring.
and decent to good perimeter and help defenders

but we're still weak with rebounding and post defense.

I really don't want Jordan Crawford. Not only is he a gunner that plays no defense, he's not a good 3 point shooter, which I think is a must. That's why I don't like Alan Anderson much either.

Brandon Rush worked out for teams last week in Vegas. If he looks healthy, I think they should go after him.

Agreed. But he has to make it through waivers.

I think Stuckey is out of the team's $2.7 mil price range.

I don't think Boozer will get amnestied. But if he does, I doubt he makes it through waivers.

Marshon Brooks is another possibility, but I don't think he's a good shooter either. I know he's young, but whoever they sign will probably only get a 2 year deal anyway.

There's also a good chance they'll use that $2.7 mil exception on Shawn Marion and just sign a SG using the vet minimum.

Why would Stuckey be out of our price range?

Also i think its a good chance Boozer gets amnestied. But we'll see.

I wouldnt want us to sign Marion now. We got Deng plus Ennis to develop. If we signed Marion that would just hurt the development of Ennis.

Brooks is a scorer that can be our irrational confidence guy off the bench. I know Beas can be that too but i honestly dont think Spo or Riles want him back. Which sucks for him.
