Definitely. Battier a given, but I think we should try to upgrade with a young big to replace birdman, I appreciate what's he's given us but at this point he's just another body. need some new young shooters, and a PG too, I honestly wouldn't even offer chalmers a contract. That's saying something too cause I thought he would be a heat lifer

im on the fence cause he have some flashes of brillance sometimes, but his stubborness is just ridiculous.

Think LeBron stays. We do need to go younger and get better big men and another playmaker. Our pgs need to step up or we need an upgrade. Not sure if Allen leaving but won't be surprised. Oden should be gone and Lewis getting older so don't know what his status could be. Gotta start thinking bout the draft now. Address needs there.

Spo can't draw up an offense to save his life, the Heat rely on Bron being Bron.
It probably won't happen, since Spo been to 4 Finals and he's a Riley disciple, but he should be gone.

They gotta work on their offense and establish a post game. Switch from scoring in paint and relying on threes. And these constant huge swings during games are too stressful. I'm on the fence about spo but he does his best and has accomplished alot. I don't think any other west team could've beat us. Not even okc.
