Lebron was rocking a Miami Heat hat when he finally arrived at the stadium for the concert.

They out Beasley in that game as he allowed 3 straight basketsI can't blame Beasley tho, Game 5 when Lebron had foul trouble and we couldn't score.....
As for the defense, he wouldn't need to scrap it completely just use it sparingly and maybe more towards the end of the season and the playoffs. Keep the rabid, piranha defense in case of emergency, but for the grind of the regular season change it up to something not as taxing.
Since you like Patrick Young, you'd love Jarnell Stokes. He's a strong, tough rebounder and scorer, in the mold of UD, but stronger and with a much better wingspan. I'd rather have Capela, but Riley LOVES the Stokes type of player.Alex Kennedy ✔ @AlexKennedyNBA

Miami likes Jarnell Stokes. He's an option at No. 26. They worked him out multiple times and were impressed. Shabazz Napier an option too.
It's the same as football fans with the backup quarterback on a losing team. Beasley will always seem like a great idea…til he hits the floor. There's a reason he couldn't see the floor here. He isn't just a bad defender that gets beat from time to time. His technique is so bad that he's a liability on every single play. They out Beasley in that game as he allowed 3 straight baskets
I don't understand this love affair with Beasley

Sometimes players pick up bad habits and can never let them go. Its clear that Beasley was so offensively talented that the coaches let him slide defensively. Teaching a guy how to play defense after he's already made the NBA is tough, and he only had two season in Miami til Riley moved on. Maybe it's partly Spo's fault, but a large part of it was Beasley's other coaches at the AAU, High School, and College level. And maybe Beasley could've improved defensively if he stayed, but it wouldn't have been worth the trouble at the time. He looks like he cares about defense now. He just needs more time to learn, and should get it, provided he takes that vet minimum again. So what exactly are the coaches doing at practice then?

I like using the Spurs mentality and molding him through practice reps and quality minutes during the regular season. That way they can develop a good level of trust in him. Beasley could turn it around and be the next Danny Green type player, except with a much better offensive game. I would be REALLY upset if he stays, gets no playing time, and Austin Daye becomes a contributor for the Spurs before Beas sees minutes. If the regular season is going to be about resting players and trying things out, then let him learn during that time. The same applies for whoever they draft tonight, and James Ennis if he makes the team.
I guess that settles it then breh...that is the flaw with patric young ...not a superb rebounder so stokes may be better.you guys need rebounding desperately....4 years straight of having the worst rebounding...then adding napier...lowry and ariza ...and I think you have a teamSince you like Patrick Young, you'd love Jarnell Stokes.
