Have a month to celebrate being on the losing side, cacs.
Probably one of the states with highest percentage of blacks but still probably less than 40% so even in super close races when people vote along racial lines it doesn't make a difference. How does a state that is half black have a racist republican cac governor?
Cause they have the economic power. How does a state that is half black have a racist republican cac governor?
That's true to a degree but there are plenty of poor white people here as well with absolutely no economic power that are content unifying with fellow whites instead of voting for things that would benefit them or the state as a whole.Cause they have the economic power.
Blacks are concentrated in one area so they can be starved for resources. Gerrymandering 101.
Yeah. That's true to a degree but there are plenty of poor white people here as well with absolutely no economic power that are content unifying with fellow whites instead of voting for things that would benefit them or the state as a whole.
That's what I'm saying. This confederate heritage month has been "a thing" for a while now and it looks like Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, and a few other states have similar "celebrations". It's certainly not anything that is in any meaningful way impacting stuff here, particularly for black people. We honestly dgaf, and it seems backwards to be celebrating being on the losing end of something that happened almost 150 years ago. Not saying it's fake or overblown but it's probably a bigger deal for the white people here.I just called back home and nobody has heard this, nor has the news reported it
