I think this may be a good hire as Silas has plenty of experience as an assistant and has been an interim coach before too. And he's fairly young at 47 so i believe he can relate to most of today's players. Glad to see the brother get a chance.
He was an assistant coach during don Nelson’s 2nd stint coaching the warriors. Not sure how good of a coach he is but he always seemed like a good dude.
Nepotism or not, glad a Brother gets a chance here. Seems like Houston might be in a rebuilding Phase. Interested to see what kind of player personnel moves they make.
