It's a shame because if 2pac would have took heed to her words he could be in his 40's right now.

If he would have just listened to Delores he really might have been a revolutionary fighting for social change.

Pac was just a loose cannon who was paranoid. He wasn't going to live very long anyway. He wasn't listening to anybody.

Bruh do you actually think Delores cared about Pac staying alive or him bettering himself? Delores is a fraud and a fake because she used this "anti-rap" rhetoric to further enhance her career. Rumor has it that Delores wanted to make a "friendly" rap label and she wanted for Suge to sign Death Row Records under her. Essentially, she tried to use her anti-rap campaign to enter into the record label business. I think Suge and Warner Brother's (If my memory serves correct I think WB was Death Row's distributor in the early 90's) tried to sue her because of that rumor.

I think there is a doc that discusses this i'll try to find it.

All in all, she did not care about Tupac and Pac died over BS but he left a good legacy behind and I think that's good enough for him and his family.

He was getting reckless as fukk. It didn't matter how old he was to the people he was disrespecting.
:comeon:

Pac made a lot of bad decisions that mirrors almost every gangsta/hardcore rapper that picked up a mic. Difference between them and Pac was Pac laying his hands on Orlando. That was his only real mistake, if you know what I mean.

Snoop, Dre, Cube, Geto Boys and almost every major "gangsta" rapper from that era are all still alive :ld:

What led to Pac's cap being pilt is that he took the Character that Jimmy Iovine created for him to sell to the public entirely too far. He should've kept it in the studio and on a movie set where it belonged and more likely than not he woulda been aight...but "shorty wanna be a thug" :pachaha:

:comeon: That's all you nikkas do; claim Pac was fake, post the vid when he was 17, and state he did Ballet. :pachaha:

There is another vid when he was in Marin City (he was 17) and his whole mannerism changed.

But mannersim don't matter; in the thug angel doc his friends from Marin City (and no they're not Nate Dogg, Kurupt, Snoop, E40, and all them rappers :pachaha:) they said he sold drugs, got into a lot of fights, and hated the cops, and that's exactly what I hear in his music. The only thing that changed was his mannerism and that happens when you get older.

And that vid you posted has a lot of gems in their but you nikkas stay focused on his mannerism :sas2:.

But please tell me how Jimmy Iovine created Pac's image, I want to hear the story behind it. :sas1:

this video is pretty much what happens to most decent men. I'm staying away from the whole nice guy/friend zone shyt because of the connotations with that....but any dude that's on some newly reformed, misogony shyt mostly likely started out like Pac in this vid. There was a thread this week that mirrored this exact sentiment. Some dude got played for the umpteenth time, snapped, and went all "fukk these hoes"...I'm scared cause i see it happening to me..but I digress

I disagree

It will get better

Less gangster crap and actual lyricism about topics normal people can relate to or topics that are creatively deep

True poetry

not a bunch of loser lowlifes tryin to be cool all the time

im normal and i can relate to so-called gangsta rap. as well as most of the normal people i frequent.

loser low-lifes trying to be cool? is that what you take from it?

That's because these rappers were less reckless.

Ice Cube learned his lesson about running his mouth when Cypress Hill had him knocked out and wore his chain on stage.

I should make a thread about that.....
