The most frustrating thing about 2pac dying young as a fan is we will never know what he could have accomplished socially.
When intelligent people turn 30 they start to see the world in a whole new light.
Just look at how Cormega just put out a full conscious album, that's what it's all about when you grow older.

People usually mellow out as they age, and gear their concerns towards family and a comfortable existence. If heaven forbid something would have happened to Ice Cube during the height of his militancy phase, we would probably never have predicted that he would have become the next Bill Cosby. Im sure Pac would have just grown into a more mature business man and smarter self promoter just the same, and thats about it.
As far as C. Tucker goes, she may have had good intentions, but her methods were just as foul as the problem she claimed to want to tackle. Trying to attack gangster rap for the ills of the black community is a self serving strategy that is simply following the dollar, and not the problem. Its like if the farm that mcdonalds gets their chicken from became contaminated, and instead of going to the source of the problem and containing and eliminating it, you simply go to the mcdonalds ad agency dept and demand to take it over so that they dont advertise mcnuggets anymore, and kids wont buy em.
Joining forces with a racist like William Bennet, and a right wing nutjob in Bob Dole made her efforts transparent and bogus.
