is Black History Month only for Black Americans?

Should people like David Ortiz and Gina Torres be celebrated?

Yes, yes it is. AA's to be specific.
I was watching something about Black people in Peru and Afro Latinos expressed feelings of wanting to be included in Black History Month. I know many black Carribeans who immigrated to America are celebrated during black history month.

Should people like David Ortiz and Gina Torres be celebrated?

I think they should. I think West Africans and Haitians should too.

Hispanic Hertiage Month doesn't really honor them like that. Hispanic Heritage Month is on that :mjpls:
They don't roll with AA's, they rejected us. You can't run to us after being rejected by the cactinos :martin::camby:. That's they own fault. Haitians and west Africans been black from the jump. They always embraced it.
