If the average white person is powerless against the system then the average black person has no chance against the system. Then that begs the question as to why are people alwyas taking black people to task about fixing their communities. On one hand an advantaged group wants to say they have no power but also want to believe a disadvantaged group has more power then them.
That's probably becuase they want to absolve themselves of playing any role in the system and of any responsibility in helping solve the problem even though they know the system is setup for black people to fail.
