Killmonger in theory, T'Challa in application. Killmonger had the makings of a despot and in the end, would have been another African despot lording over his people. But, even T'Challa somewhat came around on the point of Wakanda' s isolationism and non interference. Honestly, he should be let some of those drones blow up the World Bank and IMF, then blamed that shyt on rogue actors.
