not that i necesarely disagree with you but at what point do we draw the line between choice and exploitation? you could say OP had extreme leverage because she may have felt like she needed that dollar real bad. but you could say the same for anyone working a regular job addicted to drugs/alcohol/anything. or a single mother taking care of a sick child. someone could say the wage they get is "fair" but if she gets minimum wage, why is it fair? also, let's say she would have gotten the same rate as minimum wage for fukking (say 8$) would it still be exploitation?

In NYC we don't have homeless Women at all unless they are those punk chicks faking it with their dog and con setup. But in the warmer cities (mostly SoCal) yeah I seen them in droves most have mental illness, drug addiction and refuse treatment.

I don't remember the last time I asked a Woman "Do you have any STDs" I just automatically use a condom or I don't fukk.

Asking them is pointless do you really think she is going to tell you especially if no nikka has hit for over 3 years? Some are asymptomatic. Syphilis can go undetected and silently cause infertility. This is why some of these homeless Women get dogged out by Pimps and shyt and somehow "magically" never reproduce. After 2 years I think the STD test can no longer pick up the old syphilis infection - It's usually when the new partner starts having symptoms that the doc says oh the bytch has a latent infection. The antibiotics cannot reverse any damage that the infection has already done...So if your immune system sucks say goodbye to some nerve function and muscle strength for good.
