I don't think he's built for this type of mission low key. you got to be able to handle jungle, urban, and office defenses...

he can't handle all three especially with a bounty on him.

Carter and Lee can; low key they've handled wilder stuff and could sneak their way into the building better.

THe expendables would shoot their way in, period.
