It's crazy how Dejuan Blair was available for the low and dudes here were more concerned with getting another backup PG

Blair is putting up 9.5 ppg, 7.3rb and 2.8spg in only 20 mpg :upsetfavre:

Great time for melo and stat to jell and get some kind of offensive chemistry going :manny:

don't forget kmart started like over 10 games when chandler got inured last season and it worked out well. Nothing to worry about

He has a history of knee issues. He will be fine until we sign him....then he will remember that he is an undersized center without knee cartilage.

so upset at that fukking signing. fukk chris smith. Made half a mil doing nothing, just bc he's related to a nba player. nba scouts said that he's "nowhere close to nba level talent" and he got a deal just bc he's related to jr smith

We didn't have to negotiate much with JR though. Chris only cost a half a millie. We can waive him at any time. Let's just add his salary to JR's and forget about it as the cost of doing business. Chump change really.

He just needs to come off of that roster spot.

its not about that, obvs to a nba team 500k is nothing. But to a normal person its a shyt load. Why does that fakkit deserve that over you for example or any other poster on here? He's set until he's at least 50ish with that money if he spends it the right way. Can be set for life if he invests in something

so much fukking money is being spun in the nba

Knicks best outlook: let Carmelo go this summer, tank next season to get a lottery pick, and go after Rondo following year when they have total cap space. During the 14-15 season also deal Amares expiring deal, get something decent too. Time to rebuild for NY.

Actually, is Nate Robinson a free agent? Most Knick fans think Nate>Rondo anyways

Regardless, I think the Knicks future is actually brighter without Melo... How much money can he get on this upcoming contract? Giving a 30 year old Melo 5 years 130 million would be a franchise crippling move.
