The thing is the talent agency is probably one of the smaller parts of their business. Where Dolan gets in hot water is allowing CAA to negotiate all of his corporate sponsors(which extend further than MSG). Dolan pretty much gets why he wants in that regard...MSG prints money...and in return he takes in some lower level CAA clients. I also think he has a bizarre infatuation with the Smith family.
