yeah stuff like this shows the nepotism of the NYK but the writing seems pretty clear on the wall. Give chris his guaranteed money (to appease JR) and then if/when Tyler is healthy drop him for tyler while letting him enjoy his money. If not at least the knicks did the right thing by footing (no pun intended) the bill for Tyler's rehab like they did for Baron and Chris Smith last year. On the flip you never know what better player than both smith and tyler who might appear between now and then.
