See how yall do...? I live in Alabama... Wilcox and Sumter County are mostly black, and 35-40% of those populations are under the poverty line respectively.... and they aint savaging out like other places..

Actually HC 3 and HC4 have actual black scholars on there.

The thing is, over time his profile has elevated immensely but a lot of what you call "prominent leaders" are too in deep in he system to speak real shyt like Tariq because they enjoy being palatable to white audiences.

Tariq has more fans than you know. Some of your most famous scholars acknowledge him on the low. But they'd have to lose money associating with him.

i clearly wasn't that authors target audience, it was for street cats - it was written on a 5th or 6th grade level

not all of us had a father/uncles/family/friends who were heavy on black empowerment tip... most were just trying to survive out here.. might have said some shyt about mlk and malcolm... and took you to church


i was lucky that a lot of my uncles were panthers AND we all lived in the same neighborhood.. so as kids, me and my cousins were sat down, and told stories.. and given books.. and learned most of this stuff already about history
