It's a difference between letting a situation go and going out of your way to be cool with someone. meek can be over whatever issue they had, that's no problem. but him going out his way to hang with him and basically put money in his pocket after he said all that? Nah, that's not how the game works. This is the type of stuff that makes people really believe Meek is a sucker, true or not.

This is like Dame Dash riding around with a Star after he talked about Aaliyah, or drake riding around with Funkflex after all the stuff he's said. Jay still don't talk to a lot of people who spoke ill about him. It's just the principle.
:russell: This shyt WWE. Yall really believe that Tax and Meek have real beef:mjlol:

Tax is a gossip jock/ shock jock, social media/ podcast 2016 version, a charlemagne Wendy Williams type nikka with street appeal.

What has Tax said about Meek that = the level of disrespect of what Star said about Aaliyah and Dame?

Disrespect is disrespect. Meek's whole image is built on being from the street. Every move he's made lately contradicts that. The things tax said about him have been posted everywhere. They're still up on Twitter.

How is what she does not a job? She spent years building her blog/rap news empire to this point, and you rarely hear anyone talk shyt about her in the industry.
"rarely" well recently Cam got at her for that Jayz parking spot story that Bleek also said was false especially considering Jay has driven since the 90's. Also Joyner Lucas got at her for robbing him for $50k

I could name a shyt load of rappers who have done interviews with Charlemagne, Wendy Williams, Star etc after they have said slick/ "disrespectful " shyt about those rappers, sometimes to their face during interviews. Because it is entertainment and marketing. But I don't want to ruin your view of those "real street dudes"

The difference is those artists are usually coming up or on their way out. Meek has nothing to gain from this. Tax is not that big of a name to go out of your way to ignore blatant disrespect and put money in his pocket.

:mjlol::mjlol: The whole point is Meek isn't a real street dude. There was never gonna be any repercussions.

Also, Somebody has died as result from an altercation due to Tax reckless talk.:dame: some people don't take that talk lightly :mjcry: sadly

Ok. You said "makes people really believe Meek is a sucker". But realistically you can only speak for yourself.

Do you think he's a sucker? Or do you want to know how the whole thing played out before you can make a judgment call?

Did you/will you be listening to DC4?

Will you listen to the Taxstone podcast episode with Meek?

The general consensus is Meek has been exposed for the past 2 years. I have listened to DC4 (won't listen again) and I will not be listening to the tax podcast.

Ok? Neither are 90% of rappers:dahell:

Troy Ave is an idiot with a rusty revolver that jammed, his man got killed and he's now facing prison time. From the U.K. looking at it you might assume that makes him a "real street dude" , could be that he's a herb who was trying to prove himself and live up to what he raps about I don't know him personally tho, don't know Meek either. You can spin Meek riding around with Tax in Meek wraith into an "L" if you want to tho mate:mjlol:

1. Tax inspired Nore to move forward with the idea of doing a podcast, so it can't really ever be about Tax "outdoing" him

2. Nore supposedly only interviews legends

3. Tax has more pull with Meek's demographic than Nore does

I hear all that. Another point that could be added is that NORE says he's all about positivity these days so having dudes on a podcast strictly to talk about a beef that's a hot topic could be seen as contradictory and corny/chasing ratings.

I get all that but the last few episodes of Drink Champs have not been worth checking for. I understand NORE has to build relationships for the sake of business but I'm not tryna hear radio show hosts and record execs blabbing for two hours. shyt is stale.

NORE kills it when it's him and a contemporary emcee. Would love to hear him and Camron or him and Prodigy.
