You don't think coaching and how players are utilized are a factor in all of this?

And how does the rest of the team get a pass?

Who said I gave the rest of the team a pass?

This thread is about Kyrie. He's been awful this season. If you are insinuating that Lue is using Kyrie wrong, I can get on board with that. I have seen how the team performs with out him and I know Lue knows how to use Bron and Kev together. Why is Kyrie under performing so much this year?

What's being reported is he isn't necessarily happy with LeBron and vice versa.

LeBron wants Kyrie to be more of a leader and Kyrie is looking right back at him saying the same thing.

LeBron's words don't match his actions. That passive aggressiveness is what fukks up team chemistry. He's a poor leader of men.

Kyrie is a brat. Still very much so immature behind the scenes. To be fair, most 23 year old basketball players are. I also don't think Kyrie respects LeBron. I thought that was fixed after the playoffs last year after LeBron carried them to the Finals.

A strong front office and coaching staff should still be able to make this work. The Cavs don't have that.

LBJ can get the players to buy in. I don't buy that he's a poor leader. When LBJ runs the show the team performs much better. Kyrie is the outlier here. He buys in they win if he bytches and moans about LBJ he'll be packing his bags this summer.

Kyrie didn't progress like I thought he would.

Honestly I though give or take 3 years he'd be MVP caliber. His game has not grown fundamentally like I thought it would.

So he can be a leader when he chooses to be?

That's not how it works breh.

My man... you late on this topic as well. The organization is done making excuses for Kyrie's lack of effort. This isn't me just hating on the guy. I got sources... real ones who know how much the team has massaged Kyrie's ego waiting for him to maximize his talents.

But the clock is ticking. The Lue hire was a DIRECT show across the bow of Kyrie's camp. David Blatt let Kyrie do what he wanted... or not. Kue is not down with that. Everyone appreciates his offensive talent, but no one is down with him being a gaping hole on D and not sharing the ball on O.

LeBron can not do it all. He can't be the one who picks up Kyrie's slack on a game by game basis. The time is now to win. Everyone on the roster must be personally accountable. Not through interviews. I'm talking on the court.

The clock is ticking on Kyrie's tenure here. The best thing the team did was getting Kyrie to sign a 5 year extension with no no-trade clause included.

Does Kyrie have a better supporting cast in CLE without Lebron than Wall does currently in Washington?

How in the world am I late on any of this?

I've been talking about this since the Utah game early in the season last year.

This team as a whole has been underwhelming. Not just Kyrie. They've been coasting on talent for 2 years. They haven't gotten better.

John Wall had the same amount of rebounds as Love and Thompson combined yesterday. In what world does that happen?

This is a PG league, so what's the point of having a PG who can't defend, pass or lead?

That's called hustling backwards.

This nikka gives no fukks except when he's dribbling or shooting.

ive been saying this about irving for years.

selfish players dont get called out on it, as long as their image is clean. hes the new kobe bryant.

Enough is enough with this clown. Trade him to Philly for Noel + filler

Not even gonna lie coming out of college I thought Kyrie would be in the running for the best PG in the league by now. But I wouldn't put him in my top 5.

I feel like also he's marginally improved on his weaknesses since coming into the league which is disappointing. He's still young so it's not like he's a finished product but after 5 years it's not out of bounds at all to question things
