The problem is people use broad ass stats to draw narrow dumb conclusions. Take race wage gap, now that Asians make the most money per household does that mean companies are paying asians more.....or are asians just making more money per household?

Last I saw even in similar positions with similar experience there was a definite skew.
That would be misapplying stats. You can't take household income (aggregate data) and apply it to individual workforce outcomes. However, I've never see anyone use household income to discuss wage gaps. I've see people use data on wages though. Even black men make less than white women. You can't tell me something nefarious isn't going on...
