man when I see dion play great I swear the cavs got something good going for em, and the next game, or the game after he plays 25 minutes and drops 8 points
someone break down why he aint a 20ppg player, I don't get it
The Cavs in general are still searching for consistency.
Everyone on the team has a wild variance in stats game to game. Tristan could give you 25/17/4 one game and then give you 6/6 the next. He's got one of the lowest usage rates in the East (he's behind Anthony Bennett).
They've delegated Dion to be the 6th man go to scorer but the problem is that's what they brought Jarrett Jack in for. Having 3 ball dominant players on the court at once leads to inconsistency as they haven't figured out how to attack with Kyrie, Jack, and Waiters on the floor.
Dion also tends to still float off balance on his jumper and he's got to become a better finisher at the rim to be a plus 20ppg scorer. He has it in him to do it.
The Cavs also aren't running enough. When Bynum is off the floor they need to turn the jets on and run teams out of the building.
Side note:
I'd like to see Andy take over the starting role over Trist.
