Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
:snoop: at him doing the same thing to ya'll though this fool needs to get his knees healthy

:mjpls:

Not even close to the same circumstances. The Cavs gave up nothing to acquire him and will lose next to nothing financially even if he does not play one minute on the court.

They could make the playoffs without him to be honest. :yeshrug:

Philly gave up Iggy because they thought Bynum would be their guy long term.

Bynum knows this is his last shot to get another large contract when this deal expires so I don't anticipate him fukking up this opportunity.

Next season lol this season will be a trainwreck. I agree with both you and @jaguar paw all I'm saying is that he was saying he would be healthy by training camp then, before it started another story was told he would miss out the entire preseason is deja vu of last season. But ya'll put together a decent roster so you'll be good without him.

Bynum, who last played in an NBA game on May 21, 2012, resumed limited basketball activities two weeks ago. The 7-footer underwent bilateral arthroscopic surgery on both knees in March, and no timetable has been set for his return to full-contact practices.

"Andrew is going to be on the court soon, but we're not going to set a specific date when he might be ready to play," Grant said. "Everything is good, though, and he hasn't had any setbacks. He's running up and down -- full court at full speed -- and is working like crazy here every day.

"If that means he's back in two weeks, great. If that means he's back in a month and a half, great. We're just not putting any hard timetable out there."

Though Bynum will not be medically cleared Tuesday when Cleveland opens training camp, the former All-Star said he "definitely" will play this season. He signed a two-year, $24 million contract that only includes $6 million in guaranteed money. He did not play a single game as a 76er last year.

"I'm not completely there yet, but I've dropped 18 pounds and am right at 290, and I feel great," Bynum said. "Honestly, once I'm back on the court, I'm going to be productive, so I don't see why I can't be an All-Star again.

"This is definitely a playoff team if we're healthy.

Yeah they signed Jarrett Jack.

Anyways....

Highlights of the Rookies

This white boy is a beast. Plays like a mixture of Kukoc and Ginoboli, and he's only 19. I think all the wings are gonna be on notice after the 1st week of camp not to let the white boy who can't speak a lick of English steal ya minutes.

Karasev is legit. I don't know why he fell to #19 in such a weak draft.

He's a pure shooter with a quick release, athletic, can finish at the rim with both hands, has the IQ, can shoot off the dribble, 6'7, and has pro experience.

And he's only 19...:mindblown:

Contenders seek out players like him because he's the guy you need to win playoff series. We got lucky.

IMO, he's more likely than Bennett to be a starter by the end of the season. That's all pending he doesn't get ate alive on defense. He also needs to hit the weight room.
