Because KOTD is a much friendlier crowd, and Mook is a MUCH better battler than Daylyt. Wins and losses aren't even important to Daylyt. It's the overall show/spectacle. Mook has been kinda boring in this new era, he has to WIN to stay relevant.
edit - Also Mook has more presence than Iron. Iron didn't even seem comfortable controlling the stage. Iron/Daylyt was a pit style battle so Iron didn't have to worry about stage presence.
It's very hard for me to evaluate Mook as a battler at the moment.
He battled three years ago in a FIVE round battle. That shyt was a terrible idea. There is no one I'm trying to hear for 5 rounds. No surprise both guys had the worst material of their careers. I actually give both guys a pass for this battle, because I understood at the time it was just too much.
His battle against Lux was on some commercial slaughterhouse bullshyt. You got the worst version of Lux. Mook wasn't even that much better.
Obviously you have to give credit to Mook for winning these battles. Perhaps he's hard to write for? Maybe that played a part in these guys bringing the worst material of their career, because it isn't like Mook is coming with some groundbreaking shyt.
I was thinking about who would have the best chance of beating Mook cleanly. I'm not sure an intelligent approach is the best approach. I could see a straight to the point bully approach overwhelming him. I think Suge/Roc/Bigg K would hit that nygga with some entertaining street shyt that his approach would come off as too boring.
