Weren't there more examples outside of this one though? Besides, Im not giving anyone credit for not stealing line for line. Roc is smarter than to do that.
I think it's all blown out of portion any ways. I don't think nether ROC nor Ave is deliberately stealing. But, if you're goanna criticize Ave you gotta criticize other nikkas too.

No one forgot. Them brothers jerked Tez BADLY. The only reason it doesn't get brought up anymore is because Total Slaughter, Verb & Tay Roc (Mexican jokes) hurt Cortez more.
I give Ice the OT round, but it shouldn't have come to that.

It's not that Verb is even wack, the game just passed by guys like him, Holla, QP, X, etc. you can't tell stories and punch on the 8th bar anymore.

Conceited definitely deserves the credit for that before anyone gives Danny any.
I never hear the new wave mentioning them though, they shout out Danny and Surf more.
I disagree that the game has passed him by. Poor preparation, taking too many battles, poor career management, etc is what ruined him.
