KOTD doesn't break the bank though.
The only one who is making the big battles happen is Nakiya, who does the MASS cards.
The timing and opponent selection helps.
Battling someone like a Cortez would put a halt to any of that Lux talk for Chilla. He's very good and who ever really looks great against him?
Rewatching Roc/Cal - Cal took that 1st clearly. He didn't punch like Roc, but he had my attention and the crowds from the jump. If something didn't hit, he went on like it wasn't supposed to hit. It was just a great overall display of battle rap.

Maaaaannn I cant tell you how annoying it is to see a battlerapper fish for reaction lol They should just keep goin until they get a reaction. Stopping unnecessarily just creates a dry spot.

It's something Suge has mastered too for whatever reason. If you don't react he either ignores it or dismisses the crowd like his shyt is over their head lol.
But i kinda do understand as a lyricist you wrote some crazy shyt but the crowd doesn't catch it or acts like it wasn't hot when it probably took you a month to think of that shyt lol. Wale would probably be the worst at that shyt if he was a battler.

you cant have a debateable with Bigg K and then talk down on Lux.All of this is more about wanting see a Lux battle than anything else. And if thats the case there are other cats that should be ahead of JC to see Lux, esp. If we want to see Lux against the best of the current era.

I really hate when dudes fall back on the argument of JC lost to Roc, Bigg K or Shine
Like taking a loss to any of those dudes is some horrible thing (especially losing to Roc who is considered the top dog on URL)
