I have no problem with people getting they money. But asking for outrageous numbers like mook is just silly. Mook could of easily got over 200k by doing 2-3 battles a year over the past 3 years. Yet he priced himself too high and is making nothing.

KOTD just dropped Suge vs Shotti P and there's a lot of comments in Russian. That's a good look for KOTD, and battle rap in general. If new fans come in that genuinely appreciate the craft, and don't want to b*stardize or dilute it then that's great.

And how would the artists recoup through shows? Any fans the artist brings to battlerap are their fans that would go to their shows regardless.
