I got a big issue with all of this.

You get what someone is willing to pay you for. That's capitalism at its best.

If someone will give Mook or anyone else what they want, they should go and get it.

As far as in what world is 9 minutes of rap worth 100k? Well, in that SAME world, you can make 100s of MILLIONS from dribbling a basketball. :yeshrug:

The Mook thing is clearly not a situation of him just waiting desperately for a check, because if it was he would've just taken whatever he could get at this point. Outside looking in, Mook needs battle rap about as much as battle rap needs Mook.

The reason KOTD dropped Shotti P vs Shotgun Suge is because it was the last battle from Massacre 3. KOTD has a release schedule that they stick to. I don't think they should drop what they are doing, to accommodate some brand new fans that may not even be around next month.

Mook has gotten plenty of offers to return. He's pricing himself too high. Anyone who don't see that is delusional.


Battle rap isn't betting bigger. 2012 was still battle rap at its peak. If he hasn't gotten 100k in the past 4 yrs what makes u think yr 5 gonna be different.


And comparing a battle rapper to a professional athlete is laughable. Are athletes overpaid? Yes. But that's littetaly there life.

Mook is just writing a rap. Stop it.

Battle rap has proven that it DOESN'T need Mook for the simple fact no one has caved. Saying (if someone is gonna give it to him) is irrelevant when no one is
