Why should that matter? Is the version about to drop blurry or something?
4K doesn't mean automatic better. In most cases it means no real difference.
Things like how HDR is implemented and the art style have everything to do with final look, not 4k itself

The Switch wasn't BC with the Wii-U. Nintendo brehs just bought the games again.

also the switch is a handheld. The size of the Wii U discs on the switch isn’t practical at all. Which is prob the biggest reason. Not to mention the awful Wii U sales.

It def will be BC. But Nintendo def gonna charge full price for upgraded versions of their first party games like Zelda and Xenoblade.

The only thing I'd want out of it is a better served, dock-oriented version. I don't take mine out more or less. Oh, and hall triggers. No clue why they went digital for the Switch.
