Doesn't mean your life has to suck, just means that it could help you become a better or more enlightened person. Thought provoking content can do that, or relatable content, especially the way this is framed in a purgatory kind of situation, it can kind of make people think about it prior and think about the things they done/regrets they have/mistakes/selfishness/lack of compassion. So I think it's fairly clear and understandable how the song could improve someone's life, cause by acting upon it positively you can become a happier, better, more productive and compassion righteous individual.

If you need a bad quality song off YouTube from K-Rino to become a better person, you already lost. That's my point.

Your point wasn't very good, firstly the youtube comment, the song is on an album called Solitary Confinement so that makes zero sense, was merely uploaded to youtube. And if you mean quality in terms of artistically, the quality is immense. And to say that art shouldn't or couldn't inspire someone to become a better person is quite an unproductive cynical view, some of the best art with the most merit have been where it has been inspirational/motivational or thought provoking etc.

wack rappers invite insecure stans. every time. The fact that Ruler finds an illiterate oil changer to be the deepest rapper ever is sad in itself. Then add to the stannery and you've got a pathetic wackjob

I don't even have to tag or reply to Ruler because I know he loves the attention. How does it feel to be on constant K-Wierdo vigilance?

Lol. You are such a hypocrite, you claim I love the attention when you've been begging for my attention this whole thread, and realistically honestly since your whole time on the board, you follow me around like some maniacal stalker and talk about me in the intros even to your own thread, you've said you've made threads inspired by me lol. You're an attention whore in all reality. How does it feel to support K-Rino, like the title of this track...

And pretty good, being genuine, supporting an artist I am a fan of and respect and is a good brother. It feels pretty positive.

It was a good point. Any rappers, but most specifically K-Rino, shouldn't have that much of a hold on regular ass, mentally stable people. You should be looking to actual friends, family, spiritual mentor or business mentor for this type of shyt.

Don't put words in my mouth. I am sure he can/has inspired people. I never said he couldn't. I asked how low you have to be for him to be able to do it? Like what is lower on the totem pole that the guy switching out your oil at Jiffy Lube? Im sure he inspired the guy outside flipping the sign to let everyone know 30 minutes or less....

K-Rino's music hasn't really done much thought provoking. Really all it has inspired is a ton of bad threads from you and jokes from Coli posters :yeshrug:

K-Rino is such a profound and potent artist he actually has masses of people who's lives he's changed with his music or helped get them through tough times, this is something you can't say about a lot of artists. And it is usually reserved for the very best artists.

If I wanted your attention, I'd tag you or respond directly to you. My responses aren't even directed at you. They're just backing up what others have said.

Yet you wanna respond because you're insecure.

Relax. This is all in good fun.

It was an awful point. Because you mentioned youtube with the implication of it being derogatory like it was just a youtube song, when it's an album song that was uploaded, just like 2 Pac's Changes or Dear Mama or Keep Ya Head Up or The Message by Melle Mel and them. This is again very silly, it's not about a "hold", it's not about forcing someone to do something, it's an inspiration, like a speech or a film can INSPIRE or MOTIVATE someone. Again these are really poor sloppy comments, who says they are mutually exclusive? Plus many people struggling don't have people they can turn to so they take comfort in an artist who can speak to them. Why do you think 2 Pac is the most popular rapper of all time? Because he did this and became a voice for disenfranchised people, K-Rino does this also, as do many other greats actually.

You are merely trolling to try and gain some kind of adulation or something cause the content of what you're saying is quite shallow and narrow minded if you break it down. You don't have to be low at ALL. You could be a multi billionaire and relate to this song, it is a precautionary tale to avoid being in this situation or to make amends once you are in it. Anybody who has felt guilt, which is most people could relate to it. Anyone that has a degree of spirituality could relate to it. Even somebody looking at it from a strictly intellectual and philanthropic mentality could appreciate the merit and value of the song and the message. Whether you like the song or not is preference and subjective, but the fact that it has positively effected people's lives should be respected, not everybody can do that and connect on such a deep level and it shows a great exhibition of skill to be able to do so. And this is but 1 example of MANY times K-Rino has done this. I can back this up extensively too.

Again, with your comments it is clear you have no intention for productive debate, but I humoured you anyway. The latter point can be easily disproved as I can show you MANY cases of his music positively effecting people's lives, if I do this will you admit you are wrong?.

Lol you did tag me in the ASAP Rocky thread earlier, correct?. And you are replying in my thread, saying shyt to try and gain a reaction lol. You know that, and you're not, you bumped this earlier to talk shyt to get attention. I'm responding cause that's the whole point of a thread lol.

K really is connected with his people and what they're going through. He hasn't let his talents detach him from the trenches where most of his folks are. I respect him even more for that.

My nikka k rino is the hardest rappers out so fukk the people who said he ain't cold you just mad because you ain't him my nikka

Now if you dudes can't respect some of these comments such as the dude who played it at his mother's funeral, or the dude who it helped get him through when his pops died, YOU are the ones that are really lost, fukked up and low. That should be something that has some degree of sacredness to it, the music IS having the desired effect and IS helping and inspiring people, it is powerful work and K-Rino is an EXTREMELY powerful artist.

K-Rino's music has had a great effect on my life. He has so many songs about about real life issues. If you are a real person you can relate to a lot of his music. He has something for everybody if people would take the time to listen properly. He has songs that can make you laugh, cry, happy, contemplative.... He music makes you think about things in a different light. It's filled with knowledge and it's about trying to do positive things and for people to make the best of themselves. He's the best artists I've heard as he's done so much really soul touching music.

1000's of people, of course don't have exact numbers but seems like everyday people are saying similar things, it's not a coincidence. Some artists sell millions of albums and still don't positively effect people's lives, particularly to that extent. Again I could show numerous examples of what I say.

Hardly masses is it ? Or is your definition of masses so low that this is acceptable ?
Either way "seems like" you can't quantify this metric but by all means give us
a reference point
