Hardly masses is it ? Or is your definition of masses so low that this is acceptable ?
Either way "seems like" you can't quantify this metric but by all means give us
a reference point

I meant masses as in many people beyond what is countable. Obviously I don't know exact numbers, might be more than 1000's, I see those kind of comments everyday from different people. Ok well I've started already within the thread, over the coming weeks/months I will show many more.

K-Rino's music has had a great effect on my life. He has so many songs about about real life issues. If you are a real person you can relate to a lot of his music. He has something for everybody if people would take the time to listen properly. He has songs that can make you laugh, cry, happy, contemplative.... He music makes you think about things in a different light. It's filled with knowledge and it's about trying to do positive things and for people to make the best of themselves. He's the best artists I've heard as he's done so much really soul touching music.

No doubt, I know numerous people in real life who K-Rino's music has profoundly effected. And there's clearly people all throughout the world he's done this for and that's 1 of the reasons he has such a core and ardent fan base. Yeah, and it's different for everyone, I wouldn't say K-Rino's music revolutionized my life, but has it given me added inspiration, motivation, entertainment etc? Absolutely. The relatable content can be impactful to a person cause he speaks so articulacy, intelligently and profoundly on numerous different situations and with a huge amount of wisdom within, no pun intended lol. But he's given wisdom he's gained in the lyricism and the music to benefit his listeners, he's lived quite a vast interesting life, he has a lot of life experience. I know someone who lost their memory and used to listen to his Amnesia track, they related to it so deeply because of the way he did it, and that helped them cause it gave them something to relate to, they didn't have much else cause they couldn't understand a lot of shyt at that time.

Yeah, the range in his music is exceptional. A lot of dumb or heartless motherfukkers quite frankly won't relate. But if you've been through some shyt and you listen properly you're bound to find numerous work that you relate too. K-Rino is 1 of the artists I relate to the absolute most. And yeah I do like the diversity, as has songs for most occasions, even some many wouldn't think of, very dope creative artist, keeps pushing boundaries of creativity and the art. Yeah I often do see people say that about the different light thing too, similar to what some would say about KRS-One "provokes alternative thought" so can give you a different perspective. Yeah, the music is very uplifting, positive, emotionally and intellectually driven. And yeah reminds me of the Killing Me Softly joint in a sense, as it's touching people so deeply and intimately, cause the lyrics are often so honest it's impossible not to be relatable to many others.

Beyond what is countable ? So you are saying you cannot quantify these masses ?
How can there be masses without a benchmark ? ... I'll take it as a baseless assumption
until such a metric has been proved...

Lol I told you what I meant, large numbers that are too many to count. Keep reading the thread and you will see many comments expressing similar things to what I've said. Additional question, why did you rep me in the other thread saying "interesting" about the Solitary Confinement song? I never got to ask you as it was obviously a rep not a comment.

I like some of K-Rinos work, My issue with him has never been about penmanship, he has an interesting perspective and can be super creative but the production value sucks. His flow is stale and his beats are banal. Trying to convince me otherwise is like trying to convince you he is NOT GOAT material....

GOOD LUCK

I actually enjoy his fictional tales more than the illuminati bashing and woeful-sorrow tracks but he doesn't motivate me (hasn't yet) to go through his catalog to find them

So did you like/respect the Solitary Confinement song the thread was primarily about?

So would you say you respect the penmanship/lyricism and creativity?.

My issue has never been about people's personal preferences and music tastes, just slanderous blanket statements presented as facts. If someone doesn't like the production that's fine, my response would be to ask about some specific albums because he has had varied production on different albums, 2 for example Danger Zone or the C.O.D project, so the statement might sound more accurate as I don't like "some" of his production, unless of course you've heard all the albums which I think you've said you haven't. Flow is just something that I can't even accept as a valid criticism as he has some of the most and best flows in Hip Hop, that is almost an unthinkable area to criticise K-Rino for, his flows are pretty exceptional. And extremely sharp, not saying it's always perfect 100 percent all of the time, but in general he is outstanding and exceptional when it comes to flows. It's not really about trying to convince you or anyone about anything, it's merely discussion and debate, everyone is entitled to stick to their opinion. What I would say though is my opinion comes from a place of full knowledge, yours doesn't, not even in a disrespectful way but just in a reality way. I've heard all of his albums, you have heard a few songs only if I'm correct.

He is an excellent storyteller of course. When you say Illuminati bashing that is kind of confusing to me, he has some songs in that vein but the large majority of his material isn't about that so it's a point that is a bit odd. I could showcase countless songs where the topics have nothing at all to do with that. So what would your response be to them? You'd like his content then?. That's fine, no-one has to do anything they don't want to do, everyone has free will, but to act like an authority, expert or the definitive voice on someone's work you've hardly heard of course will generate a response from somebody who is actually well informed and knowledgeable about his entire work.

This is really inspiring and promotes consciousness and deep thinking. That's a gift that doesn't get the respect it deserves. It's sad that this kind of thing goes unnoticed but a shytty song like lil-waye (for example) get's millions of views. **Truth be told the FEW of us that can differentiate between these two mediums really need to come together as one... because sadly due to mass control or other factors we are a dying breed of deep thinkers...... Peace!

Much respect to K-Rino one of the true pioneers of the game. Hopefully this generation will live to appreciate his greatness.

The power of music and lyrics huh? @PlutoEighth

Also bare in mind this is a partial list based on 1 song. Didn't even post many extremely positive comments, just a few... There's many more for various different songs.

I think I've proved undeniably K-Rino's music HAS changed and effected people's lives in a positive manner. So I think the issue then went on to amounts, which I will show now over time. If you read the thread and follow it you will see it's really many people.

You know what I'll have to come back to this and do it in parts, there's just too many comments...

Facts are facts, another victory for the truth.

Yes I do like the song

I like a certain segment/aspect of his work ... Why isn't this good enough for you ? :pharrell:
He hasn't proven at least (to me) his value beyond fictional tales and lyricism and thus
failed to invoke any reason to listen to his whole discography.... He failed my "snippet" test
but these are my own personal preferences and standards...I like good production and flows

Must we all yield to the brilliance of K-rino and or face lengthy condescending diatribes and empty platitudes from one ofhis most abrasive advocates ?

somebody who is actually well informed and knowledgeable about his entire work but acts like an authority, expert or the definitive voice on personal taste.

Your opinion comes from extreme bias and religious fandom but that's okay... I get it ... you are passionate about music especially K-rino

Cool, so if you can admit you like some of his music why consistently try to downplay or devalue him? Particularly in a thread that is about a song you like lol. I don't quite get that.

I don't know what you mean by "why is that not good enough for you?" why is what not good enough for me?. I'm merely responding discussing shyt with you, on this discussion board lol. There's nothing wrong with debate, my issues with you in the past have been when you took it to unnecessary levels, if you wish to debate can do that, but it's up to you how you chose to approach it, I will react accordingly.

What about the songs in regards to social content/hood type songs?. Also what do you mean by lyricism? As that's a pretty broad term, all his music which included lyrics are lyricism. And if I'm correct that is 100 percent of his material. Ok, that's fine, that's your choice, but why make sweeping statements based on your limited knowledge rather than being like "from what I heard" and then being open minded to educate yourself and understand the error of your previous misconceptions?.

No, you don't have to like his or anyone's music, but when you make statements based off ignorance and a lack of knowledge that are also often factually inaccurate you can't complain or be perturbed or disturbed when you receive a response that has a more truthful ring to it. I can't soften the blow of truth, I can only give it, I'm not going extra with it, just telling you the truth. I've already said numerous times personal preferences are fine and acceptable. Haven't even argued or even debated those points, merely said his production differs, which you wouldn't know as you haven't heard the albums lol. Which again is the basis of you not understanding the work properly so your comments and analysis are fundamentally flawed at the root.

Last bit is incorrect, my opinion comes from complete objectivity and an in depth knowledge. My loyalty is really to Hip Hop. I am always honest and objective in my opinons. I'm a fan of Canibus, I didn't feel that new joint with Killah Priest and said so, I do that with every artist. I am passionate about Hip Hop of course, and K-Rino's music, but that respect doesn't equate to any bias. You do realize that I've been listening to K-Rino for like over a decade yes? And he didn't automatically get into my top 3 or anything, it was an organic natural process over a period of time based solely on the quality of the music, as he began to release more and more high quality projects I had to rise him in my rankings, before that he was ranked lower, so that is a completely objective rational and fair approach wouldn't you say?

Same reason you downplay or devalue anybody who doesn't agree with you breh lol

I like the fictional tales - that's it. If I tell you my opinion on his social content/hood songs you'll come guns blazing with a neg rep + lengthy post + video combo.
No thanks I've listened to The Maven and a few songs posted on here. There has to be an ROI on investing my time listening to him and he simply
isn't worthy atm. No misconceptions there by my standards he only has one use.

Truthful ring? It's an incessant need - a longing, yearning to bludgeon us all who don't see or hear what you hear with your "truth".
Given the vehement energy, multiple rebuttals and negs we have all received from you - I find that hard to believe. You've actually started a new hilarious trend
on here (random vs K-rino) due to your own unorthodox passion for K-rino. I mean hey he can rise up your rankings all the way to the top - I have no problem with that.

I haven't done that though. I've only dissed people who have went extra, not due to people's preferences.

What fictional tales? What songs? And hold up, didn't you say you liked No Redemption too?. What about the lyrical focussed songs?.

This doesn't add up, did I tag you in this thread? No. You CHOSE willingly to post, I merely replied to you, which is quite a natural acceptable thing to do lol. Why did you chose to post?.

I haven't negged everyone, I've negged people who deserved to be negged, but negs aren't that serious, it's an internet forum. Some people take negs far too personally like it's a bullet or something lol.

Also a key word is rebuttal, can you explain to the people who may not know what that word means?

I didn't actually start that trend, it was a troll who started that, this has been all but proved. Of course it was inspired due to many's obsession with me though undeniably.

No, it's not about you having a problem with it. My reason for stating that is that it was objective, organic and natural, it was simply due to feeling it was authentic, it wasn't overnight stanning, it was after releasing a quantity of high quality work where I was just objective in my opinions on the merits of the music. So the statement you tried to make is clearly incorrect based off logic and the evidence provided.

My reason for stating that is that it was objective, organic and natural, it was simply due to feeling it was authentic, it wasn't overnight stanning, it was after releasing a quantity of high quality work where I was just objective in my opinions on the merits of the music. So the statement you tried to make is clearly incorrect based of logic and the evidence provided.

Imagination, Deeper Elevation, Spiral Vortex, Forensics, Dr Jack, Deprogrammed etc.....

No need to get defensive. I told you I will not engage in a discussion about his social content/hood songs and why I wouldn't OK?

Without you most of these posters wouldn't have been exposed to his work but without you these threads wouldn't have been made.

You've had 10 years worth of appreciating and digesting his music. If you think rationality will trump whatever close affinity you have for
K-rino without sullying your perspective with fandom/bias then you are gravely mistaken......

Some of those are more lyrical based songs primarily rather than science fiction type songs.

I'm not getting defensive at all lol. I'm merely saying to imply I'm "forcing" anybody to do anything is inaccurate, through your own free will you chose to post in this thread about K-Rino and others. Ok, like I said lol, you don't have to engage in anything you don't want to lol.

Of course, so I may be the inspiration but not the 1 to blame for the issue either. But simple effective moderation would have fixed this and the music could have been the prevalent focus.

This logic again doesn't hold up. I've been listening to Hip Hop WAY over 10 years, I've been listening since a child. This means there's plenty of Hip Hop artists I've listened to far longer than K-Rino and have had a longer affinity with that I rank lower than him based off the merits of the work, cause of the absolute objectivity I have. There's just so many, infact my objectivity caused me to HAVE to rank K-Rino higher even above artists that were childhood favourites of mine, as the music/songs/discography was undeniable, and anything contrary to that WOULD have been bias. But in reality it was objectivity that was my driving force when it came to rankings. For example I'm a fan of Jay Z but Slick Rick is 1 of my favourite MC's of all time, I love Slick, but I have to have Jay higher objectively because of the body of work he's amassed, even though I prefer Slick Rick, Jay gets the nod when it comes to rankings...
