Slim/tight was the style of the 70s-80s, and there were people who dressed poorly back then as well...

The two nikkas in OP clothes are too small/short and uncoordinated... Evem Stevie Wonder can see that shyt... look at dudes pants on the left... if he takes one step the seams of his trousers will rip, let alone sit down... and the dread nikka’s trousers are so tight you can see the pockets...
