Yeah, he was a failure when coached by Mike Singeltary/Mike Nolan. He still looked like a surefire elite talent when under Urban Meyer at Utah. Urban Meyer also made Tim Tebow and Cardale Jones look good.
Florida has been garbage since he left.

And he is currently 58-27 as a college coach, including 29-21 in the PAC 10
