The NFL is too stuffy.. I mean they JUST let team celebrations back a few years ago. They still won't let madden do certain things like show less than full stadiums... They ain't letting 4 guys get up there and talk like this
They could easily put Irving, Deion, Shannon and get Jim Brown
to play the news guy. They would never.
Especially with how much of a gambler he is.
People don’t watch the NFL Network even when those guys were there.

I remember there were rumors that the golf sports channel wanted to hire Charles Barkley.
Most people don't have NFL Network or don't want to pay an increase for adding an NFL Network channel
The NFL is a corny league in general.
That's true too, which is why the NFL Network let both Prime and Irvin walk as they couldn't justify their asking price to keep them.
The NBA is corny as well if we're keeping it 100 as the off the field aspects are more entertaining than what's actually happening on the court for the most part.
