He don't rap about nothin out of the ordinary tho, u rap about taking pills and bring on drugs. A trap is classified as any hustle making u money, his studio could be his trap, it could easily be nikkaz coming to him for weed also. But that whole song u talking bout is him rapping about the drugs ain't getting him high no more
Lol, suburbanite, WE, from the hood, are the people Y'ALL buy HARD drugs from. Better visit some other cities like Chicago and Bmore....You'll see "out of place cacs" and it ain't gentrification...it's THE BIG BAD BOY, BOBBY!In Houston today, most of the racism is directed at Mexicans. Houston is a microcosm and is not like any other city in the U.S. To me, growing up not far from where Travis did, at the same time, his view makes sense.
His music is also very reflective of the area he grew up in. The mix of artists that people always say he bites(Kanye, Cudi, Rocky, Future etc.) , those were the biggest artists in Houston during those years. That influence is a reflection of his environment, its just that his environment is very diverse.
And also, y'all need to realize that trapping in the hood may be a good way to make some quick bread, but rich kids in the suburbs are bored af and have plenty of money to blow on drugs. While your not dealing out of a physical trap house, why would you not want to be where the demand is the largest? Basic business principle right there.

So is he an industry plant with a white voice? In Houston today, most of the racism is directed at Mexicans. Houston is a microcosm and is not like any other city in the U.S. To me, growing up not far from where Travis did, at the same time, his view makes sense.

Industry plant, no. White voice, yes.So is he an industry plant with a white voice?
He said he's always seen with killers.......I'm not a big fan but dude is far from act hard. He accepts his cornball side to the fullest, he says shyt like "kickass shyt" on tracks. And the one song he raps about a trap the whole song is about him taking drugs and telling his old drug dealer his shyt ain't getting him high no more
@Gator Reloaded i think he co produced most of the songs on there, cause they trap beats mixed wit different layers of stuff u wouldn't hear on a migos track, the beats are a mix between yeezus and the trap sound
If I had to classify his music I would say it's a mesh between white boy rebel music and trap, and embrasses and doesn't shy away from that.
One of his hooks is "we will understand if they don't, we don't want they bullshyt/new shyt no more" sounds exactly like a white boy rebel rock song. shyt dudes Create mosh pits at his shows and shyt
Was he moving units doing shows or putting out projects before he got signed?Industry plant, no. White voice, yes.
Units no, shows yes, projects yes.Was he moving units doing shows or putting out projects before he got signed?
There's something in the water about Travis Scott, if you are a fan of his I don't think I could ever be friends with you. I like a couple of his songs but to be a fan of this man?I dislike the hypebeast rap audience the most out of any crowd and I don't even dislike most people. Reddit cac hipsters >>>> flyknit parka bomber wearing Kanye dikkriding fans of hypebeast rap
i'm huge fan of travis shyt i'll even say listening to him opened the door for me to hype music and trap, before that i was the kinda cat that only listened to shyt like j.dilla, mos def, big l, and jay elecBy his third albuM he will be saying shyt like
I ain't a killa but I get nikkas killed nikka.
I had a nikka killed and was so high I forgot about it.
N Yall will be like...that's how it is in the suburbs close to htown
you really over analyzing this shyt, listen to his music he raps about turning up, fukking bytches, and doing drugs (NOT selling). typical young nikka shyt

he's a 90s baby....a lot of these clowns act the same wayU hear his interviews. He sounds like a dude bro.
Sounds like a nikka from the valley.
Connections. Are u read in his bio. He grew up with 2 parents in the burbs and was a nerd in school.
He studied how to act tough and is just a clone of nikkas he wants to be like which the labels like because he's more manageable
