Grown adults on this forum make racial jokes everyday, you know damn well middle school kids do too. Have you ever been on xbox live and hear the kids saying racial shyt. Kids laugh at the word ******, its just wait it is. They aren't really racist, they just think they are being funny. Clearly Bieber heard the parody song and got a laugh from it. Plus hes from Canada, they don't have the same racist history towards blacks that USA has.
Lets not act like we didnt make inappropriate jokes about Asians, Jews, Mexicans..etc when we were young that would embarrass us today.
Please stop with this....this is unacceptable no matter how you try to rationalize it.
