Whats your routine? I'm asking for myself.
Weight Loss Program

I use the Noom App to count calories and watch my diet. I eat a lot of lean meat (chicken, fish), a lot of fruits and vegetables, and cut out a lot of carbs. I drink a lot of water, don't drink soda, and on occasion juice.

Weight Workout
3 sets of 10 of dumbbell bench press decline bench press or 3 sets of 10,15,20 of chest fly machine
1 setof 40 hanging leg raise
1 set of 10 hanging leg raise
1 set of 50 oblique bends
6 sets of 30 side oblique bends
3 sets of 10,12,15 lower back extensions or 3 sets of 10 seated cable row
3 sets of 25,35,50 calf leg raise machine
20 half tire flips
3 sets of 10,12,15 hip abduction
3 sets of 10,12,15 hip adduction
3 sets of 10 barbell squats 135 225 275 (Just added this about a week ago.)

Cardio at the Gym
25 minutes of stationary bike
20 minutes of the climbing stairs machine

Then I usually walk for 1:40 to 2 hours a day depending on the route I talk around my neighborhood.

50 minutes of jumping rope at home
If I don’t feel like working out

I try to do all of the above at least 4 to 5 times a week, but some days I'll just go a long walk and cut out the gym workouts. I usually end up walking at least 5 to 7 days a week.

Shangri-La
Break out of maintenance and build some much needed muscle.

dropped 50 lbs last year. Now time to bulk up the right way.
How did you do it?

I’m off to a good start as far as working out consistently and eating better, def spin 3-4 times weekly so next up is swimming and my biking but I may wait until Spring.

Diet, mostly. I got more active but the biggest thing was cleaning up my diet. Once I got clean up my diet and nutrition, I’m leveled up with IF and things just took off from their. Losing weight became effortless. I could get down to 140 if I really wanted to but it’s no point. I dont want to be skinny. I want to be big but buff/toned.

My goal is to reach 210 pounds and I’m at 229 now. I’ve lost a total of 52 pounds in five months I just gotta stay with my routine.
Update
I weighed myself on for my birthday and I'm at 224 pounds. I see my self reaching my goal by the end of May I've been thinking about getting to 200 pounds.
