Obviously everyone first thinks of ATL when black mecca is concerned, but what cities do you think have potential?

I could see

Birmingham (Black mayor, majority black pop, transportation hub, dirt cheap)

Mobile (Majority black pop, port is a transportation hub, dirt cheap, oil industry)

Memphis (Majority black pop, transportation hub, cheap, port on the Mississippi River)

Detroit had a chance but Kilpatrick fukked everything up:francis:

Your thoughts?:jbhmm:

Charlotte is done.

Already starting to get expensive, job market primarily caters to business and finance, no real entertainment scene for single people.

Damn. I heard IT was popping off there. I guess the cat is out of the bag with the real estate market. Some fine women and laid back atmosphere when I was there.
