Salary is between 100 and 200 (can't give all the details ) but I live in AZ which has a very low cost of living.

Passive net-income is low 5-figures (less than 15k annually).

Net worth is just over a million.

39 years old.

Edit: Percentage of net worth as liquid assets is around 15%. Most of my wealth is real estate and tax advantaged investment accounts.

I can say this..people being just "next" to money say/do/act in some stupid fashions.

This is why I try very hard not to "appear" like money.

If you saw me on the street you'd think I was a bum.

But, you're right. Once women identify you as having "some level" of resources, their whole shyt shifts.

If people can't be happy that you've achieved a level of success then it wasn't meant to be anyway. When I see my friends making moves I'm genuinely proud of them and wish them the best - even acquaintances. Be part of that support system and chances are you'll find success too.
