I'm not sure if these is supposed to be answered subjectively (like what's my favorite promotions, or which promotions put on better matches, ect) or objectively (attendance/revenue).
If it's subjective, I don't think WWE is putting out the best product so I'd say the AAA team is #1 for me with their LU stuff. NJPW would take #2 and then WWE.
Objectively, I think NJPW is #2 because of how loyal the Japanese market is to Puro and then TNA is #3. I'm not sure where the Mexican promotion land because much like Japan, there fans are pretty loyal to Lucha Libre.
