What's Harder For You? Asking For Help or Apologizing

For me its asking for help. I'm not quite sure why though. It's a pride thing I guess. Asking for help makes me feel weak and incapable. Even if I know I need it. I'll just struggle until I get it together be it doing physical work or even mentally.

For example every Christmas Eve I have about 50 people over, let all the kids open at least one gift early and just have a blast

it never fails every year people want to help me clean up and I NEVER allow it

I have no issue apologizing if I legitimately made a mistake. I won't apologize if I meant it, regardless of the consequences or how someone may feel.

Asking for help. I often think I can do certain shyt by myself even though it may be hard, plus I don't really like talking to people, but I'll apologize to a mufugga with no problem. It's a mindset I hate and am trying to grow out of, but I'm trying my best to work on it.

My pride, man. Probably 4 or 5 years ago, I got in a situation financially, and I needed some help. Only person I knew to call was my pops, but that was the toughest conversation. He’s always told me that if I need him he’s got me, but it was still hard. He ended up helping me. Hell, in college when I was broke, I used to call my mom and ask her to ask my dad for money lol.
