Besides the obvious health reasons, you're really doing yourself a disservice by being overweight. Man or woman. It's not difficult to just be healthy. Nobody is saying be shaped like a model, but geez show some self control and self worth by taking care of yourself. Just be average, lol. It'll take you long way. You aint about to raise my kids and overfeed them and ruin their childhood because you don't know what a balanced diet looks like. Taking about "let him eat what he wants babe, he's just a kid"... smh. But my wife is a registered nurse who used to dance in high school and college, so she has a good sense of health even after having child... thank God.

This is pure truth, my reality. :mjcry:

But I've been grown long enough to have fixed the issue so it's still my fault.

Progress! Good, The Coli should be about helping each other, not tearing each other down.

I was flabbynsick for about a year after injuries forced me to quit college football (I wasn't good anyway)... so I know the feeling (gain 70lbs in 7 months brehs :flabbynsick:)

But don't worry fam, I got you:salute:

Diet

-If you eat meat, stop eating anything that is not turkey or fish. You can go back to pork and beef when you hit your target weight.
-Give up Soda, fruit based juice and magaritas for at least 6 days a week. If your drink has over 100 calories... bushes.
-Try to replace 1 meal a day with juicing. Kale, Spinach, carrots, tomatoes, green apples ( for taste), etc. And put a little protein powder in it.
-Try to eat 5 or more times a day. This may seem backwards, but eating more often helps you lose weight. Eating many small meals > 1 big meal for weightloss
-No snacks :birdman:


Sleep

-Sleep more...
-Keep sleeping

Workout Plan

Honestly... I cannot give you a workout plan without seeing a picture of you. I can give you some basics but it would just be speculation.

But if you need more advice PM me. :obama:

I put in my two week notice at my current job so I'm in a lame duck period before I move on to my next step in my career so.... I have waaaay too much time on my hands.

I watch netflix and read The Coli... 80% of the time i'm at work :ohlawd:

Comming from a fat girl ( and yes I use that term proudly ) If we 're not what you're looking for than your opinion doesn't really matter. Sure I could stand to lose some weight but not because I need/want someone to see me as attractive. If all you date is slim chicks why does that fat girl bother you so much if your not even trying to get with her? What one particular person eats ... Dont make you shyt.

IF you going to lose weight, the goal is to get/be healthy, so that you feel better in your body. Add days to your life!

It should not be to appease anybody but yourself.

You don't have to be slim, but a good man will truly appreciate you for who you are if you start

appreciating yourself - and your body.

Eat well portioned, balanced, healthy meals. Drink water, cut the juices with refined sugars and soda, and work out. I'd suggest working with a nutritionist and doctor as well so they can properly evaluate you. It's a lifestyle change so do it for yourself otherwise you won't feel motivated at all.

This is not true. A good portion of low-rent, low-class, chump black dudes are willing to have sex with anything male or female. Same goes for low-rent, low-class, chump white dudes.

I've never met these black dudes in real life but people stay talking about 'em. The black dudes I've known are narcissistic and picky as shyt, even pickier than the white dudes I know. Then again, everyone I know is tall, mixed, and smart so...:yeshrug:

Its definitely about my health ... And not about apperance. I have no problem being a big girl ... But I do understand that its a health issue. I'm I great person big or not ... I love me and I know someone will love me too.

Never will understand why some "men" are so threatened by a woman with confidence. This whole thread has been a bunch of "men" trying to bring this woman down. Meanwhile she's somewhere living her life. I still say that she's really attractive, and not fat. Good for her for finding her own worth.

Earlier this year I started to take some extra steps in being healthy ... I was never lazy ... I've always been active and a hard worker ... So contrary to popular opinion not all big are lazy ... But I did start walking just to be walking more and I became vegetarian ... Its a struggle though

Damn vegetarian is extreme though. I would start by incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your diet. Nothing wrong with meat. And just be active, get your heart rate up, and keep on improving.
